Now You See Me
Talk with Sir Hammerlock to acquire this quest. He will ask you to head over to where he has placed the pheromones inside the Hunting Lodge. You are to lure out and kill a fearsome Stalker: Bloodtail. Head over to Candlerakk's Crag and start on the path up toward the H.M.S. Terminus. If you do this mission parallel with “The Fall Of Nakayama”, you will be saving yourself some trouble as it is on the way. Be sure that you have an shock-type weapon on hand and ready with plenty of ammo and a fire-type for the second part.
Once inside the Crag start off to the Southeast. It is your choice to either engage or just outrun the first few groups of savages. Continue until you cross the bridge leading to Elite's Crossing. Kill off the Savages on the far side. Now it is time to slow down a little as you are closing on your destination for this quest. On the far side of the bridge just continue over to the East. It is over here you will find yourself in the vicinity of Bloodtail's lair. Head over to the rock in the middle to place and smash open the vial. This will call out Bloodtail.
When you open the bottle you will have 1 minute to kill Bloodtail. This means it is very important to clear out all the other foes in the area to ensure you have the maximum amount of time to focus on the Stalker. Once the vial is smashed Bloodtail is very quick to appear. The timer will not start until Bloodtail has engaged you.
At that point you need to pull out your shock-type weapon and lay into it immediately. Strangely, this stalker will not immediately cloak and that makes your life a lot easier to deal with as you do not need to track it as thoroughly. Work quickly to bring down the shield with the Shock-type weapons. Once it is down then you will want to quickly switch over to Fire-type and destroy Bloodtail. Some quick work is all that is left for you to do on Bloodtail.
With Bloodtail dead it is time to head on back. Return to the Hunter's Lodge and to Sir Hammerlock. You will get your reward from him for your efforts.
Reward: $13,005, XP:19,554, Rocket Launcher

Oh, and speaking of elemental damage types, there’s a cool new feature here. The new “Swamp Vehicle” resembles the sort of hovercraft you’d find in the Everglades, and whenever you spawn one, you can choose the elemental damage type of its mounted cannon. That’s actually incredibly helpful, as it allows for slightly more strategic use of vehicular manslaughter.

And there are still the requisite Easter eggs that pay tribute to other game series. For example, I can tell the folks at Gearbox are probably excited for Dead Space 3, as I discovered a weapon called the Plasma Cutter. Tiberian sun for mac. Though it bears little resemblance to Isaac Clarke’s iconic weapon of the same name, it ended up being my most-used weapon throughout the campaign.

Unfortunately, what it all boils down to is that Gearbox has set such incredibly high expectations with the Captain Scarlett DLC that it’s going to be nearly impossible to live up to those consistently while keeping the DLC coming out in a timely fashion. And that’s really the biggest problem with Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt; we’ve been expecting so much from it. It’s not a bad deal for ten bucks, but it’s shorter than we had hoped, there’s no level cap increase, and the Trophy/Achievement offerings are meager once again.

Graphics
Same great Borderlands style, though texture pop-in is starting to become an issue.
Music / Sound FX / Voice Acting
The voice acting is still great, including the brand new Dr. Nakayama, but there’s a lot less of it here than in previous DLC packs.
Play Value
Borderlands 2’s DLC packs keep getting shorter.
